CUSTOMER SERVICE

All of the pieces you see on our web site have been carefully hand crafted. We value your business and hope your experience on Bellaushop.com is rich and satisfying. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to better serve you.

All orders placed before 3 p.m. PST Monday through Friday for in-stock items are processed and shipped as soon as ready. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.

No Shipping Charge (via UPS Ground or USPS on purchases over $50; orders under $50 will be charged $7.00 for shipping and handling.

Return Policy
If you are not happy with any item you have purchased online, you may return it within 3 days of receipt WITH prior approval from us. The item must have a return authorization number, issued by us, and be shipped to us in the original packaging, in pristine condition and prepaid via insured mail. C.O.D. deliveries are not accepted. We will credit you for the amount of the item minus the shipping charges.

Special Orders
We do our best to have every piece on our web site available to you for immediate shipment, however due to the nature of our product, this is not always possible. If the piece you have ordered is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you with an estimated shipping date.

You may cancel your order within 24 hours by contacting us.

We are able to ship most items within 48 hours of receiving your order. Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of some of our pieces, this may not always be possible. If this occurs, we will contact you as soon as we can.

Shipping
We are pleased to offer FREE UPS GROUND shipping to all orders over $50! For orders over $200, you will receive FREE UPS 2nd DAY AIR. For orders under $50, we charge $7 for ups or ups

We do not ship to PO Boxes.

All orders being shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will be automatically processed with $35 UPS 2nd Day Air.
